"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. Overall nice stay if youre looking for a quiet villa for a lazy break. Communication was great and check in/out very smooth."

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."

"Exceptionally clean - great service. Excellent food for adults, slightly less good for fussy English children. Rooms are quite basic but perfectly good. Superb pool and right next to a beach."

"We had a lovely 9 days here at Lara's property, super clean and tidy with great air-conditioning, everything you could wish for in a self catering house, very good kitchen washing machine and dishwasher. Recommended a car to really enjoy the area found a restaurant we could walk to in 25 minutes called Pedra Niedda RISTORANTE PIZZERIA walk along the beach. It was very nice. Stunning pine walks that lead to a nice beach. Pool is for swimming, behind the house up a small hill with a beautiful view (strict times of use, life guard spoiled some fun) Great to have an outdoor shower as we as the one in the house. Lara has clearly thought of her clients, garden is beautiful there was a barbecue we could have used. Directions were great but maybe give the house number once booking is confirmed and what's app house manager if you don't speak Italian. Had a really great time. Thanks Lara"

"Stayed here for week. Room extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast basic but enough. Lovely beach, didn’t like Budoni village. But if you have a car you can get to all the nice beaches, a good place to explore the Smeralda coast. "
