Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Betten sind sehr gut, Küchenausstattung ausreichend, 500m vom Meer entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. 2 Terrassen vorhanden und sehr gut nutzbar für Speisen im Freien. Italienischer Adapter für 230V Stecker erforderlich. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang sehr geschickt. Außendusche für sandige Füße nach einem Strandtag perfekt. Lage in einem hervorragenden Touristischen Ort mit viel Gastronomie und Geschäften. Top Vermieterin mit vielen guten Tipps für Ausflüge und immer sehr schnell erreichbar.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, wobei man von den Bewohnern der anderen Hälfte kaum etwas mitbekommt. Der Strand ist etwas 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dies ist sehr angenehm, da man seine Sachen (Schirme, etc) in der Mittagspause am Strand stehen lassen kann. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Angaben zum Objekt. Leider war der Sattelitenempfang für den Fernseher die ganzen 2 Wochen gestört. Die Wohnung verfügt über kein WLAN, dies war auch nicht angegeben, sollte man aber bedenken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche im Ort. Wobei diese nicht unbedingt fußläufig erreichbar waren. Ohne Mietwagen wäre es anstrengend geworden. Maria war sofort zur Stelle wenn Bedarf bestand (Stromausfall, etc.) auch konnten wir bereits vormittags ins Haus, da unser Flug sehr früh ging. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit dem schönen Haus sehr zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil und dies sollte bei der Beschreibung mitgeteilt werden, ist der direkt daneben liegende sehr große Campingplatz. Der Tennisplatz liegt ca. 10 m neben dem Schlafzimmer und schon morgens um 7.00 Uhr wurden wir durch Tennisspiele geweckt. Jeden Tag. Richtig schlimm wird es dann abends ab ca. 19.00 bis 24.00 Uhr . Dann findet das Abendprogramm mit Animation statt und zwar in einer Lautstärke, bei der Lesen und Gespräche im eigenen Garten fast unmöglich waren. Das Schlafzimmerfenster mussten wir abends daher bis 24.00 Uhr geschlossen halten.

Tolles Haus, super Lage, super Strand!

Wir haben zu zweit das Ferienhaus für zwei Wochen gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat Annamaria uns alles gezeigt, die Komunikation war super! Alle Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch den Grill im Garten haben wir gerne benutzt. Der Strand, den man nach etwa 5 minuten zu Fuß erreicht ist sauber und weitläufig, dadurch findet man immer ein tolles Plätzchen mit genug Distanz zu anderen Badegästen. Auch Bars und Restaurants sind am Strand vorhanden die auf einen Cocktail oder ein kühles Bier einladen. In etwa 5 minuten zu Fuß hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht. Es ist für jeden was dabei, Pizza, Steakhouse, Fisch und natürlich Meeresfrüchte. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden diese Unterkunft wieder Buchen!

Optimal für eine Familie (4 Personen)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Nähe vom Strand von Budoni, auch die abendliche Animationsmusik vom Campingplatz nebenan hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Strandnähe, hätten wir unseren Mietwagen eigentlich nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank Angelo!

Consigliatissimo!

Ottima abitazione, accessoriata di tutto il necessario, pulita, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, in una via tranquilla e senza traffico. Proprietario gentile, disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere, avuto un problema con l'auto il giorno della partenza e tramite i suoi contatti me l'ha risolto in meno di mezz'ora. l paese di Budoni è curato e la gente è molto cordiale.
