The house is located in the small village of Matta 'e Peru, located halfway between Budoni and Posada. The apartment includes a covered veranda, a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom, a garden with a parking space.
In addition to the small beach in front, you can reach (on foot, by bike or by car) the beautiful beach of Orvile. The favorable position of the house allows you to easily reach both the locations to the north (Ottiolu, San Teodoro, Puntaldia, Capo Coda Cavallo, the Costa Smeralda) and those to the south (Posada, La Caletta, Santa Lucia, Capo Comino, i, Golfo di Orosei).
