A small holiday residence with 25 comfortably furnished apartments, surrounded by gardens with bougainvillea, from which the complex takes its name. The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor – either in the main building near the pool or in several annexes outside the main complex. Within a short drive, you can reach several beautiful sandy beaches, such as Porto Ainu beach, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina, and the Bidderosa oasis on Sardinia's east coast. A car is recommended. ... The residence is approximately 1.5 km from Baia Sant'Anna and only 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia. Your holiday accommodation offers: -Reception -Bar/Restaurant (opening not guaranteed) -Barbecue -Washing machine (for a fee) -Shared outdoor pool (40 sq m) -Sun loungers -Bicycles (deposit for use €50.00) -Small football pitch -Accommodation with terrace or balcony -Parking (unattended parking) -1 parasol per unit Notes: -Tourist tax is payable locally in cash -Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and pool area -Reception opening hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM -Final cleaning: Included.
