Budgewoi Beach House

Calm and relaxing...like the 'Coast' of thirty years ago, this three bedroom, fibro house has timber floors throughout, a great front deck looks into the Banksias on the sand-dunes. Listen to the waves, feel the sea breezes. The backyard is large and has plenty of native trees and a great BBQ. It's securely fenced, perfect for dogs, big or small. Just a short walk to the friendly local shops, cafes and Pub..which are situated on the Lake!

Bedding configuration (nb; sheets are NOT supplied)

Three double bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. There is a single daybed in the front living area plus a single daybed in the back living area with the large table.

Some room for a childs bed/cot - however these are not supplied.

Great dog friendly house close to the beach

Nice home with everything we needed, including a great backyard for the kids and dog to explore. Only a couple of minutes walk from an amazing dog friendly beach.

Lovely relaxing stay close to beach and shops check in easy had all amenities and was great for our dogs who loved the garden one point to make mattress’s on the beds could be better would recommend for a family

This space is beautiful!

My friends and I all loved this place, super tidy when we got there and not too far from grocery shops and other essentials. Also not even a 5 minutes walk to the beach which we loved!

Great beach house in the perfect location

The property was just as it looks online. It’s just a few metres to the dog friendly beach and the backyard was well enclosed for our dog who enjoyed his stay exploring the backyard. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. Thanks Phillip for a great place to stay.

Very comfortable house, great position (just across the road from the beach), and lovely native garden with masses of birdlife. Both garden and beach were very dog friendly and our 3 pooches had a lovely time, as did we!

Beautiful house in great location

The house had everything we needed to cook and relax, lots of space, beautiful big garden , fantastic location just across the beach , very quiet . Budgewoi hotel has great food and its just a few minutes walk 😊 Host is very helpful, easy communication .. thank you & We’ll be back !

Great for a long weekend

A hidden treasure on the upper Central Coast. Not busy, lovely untarnished stretch of beach in short distance. Surprising number of OK food places in walking distance
