"Close proximity to Keelung night market. An old building that is undergoing renovations. Facilities say no smoking but the rooms and hallways can be quite suffocating of smoke scent (clearly people do not follow rules). The room was simple but spacious however the smoke smell in my room was making it difficult to sleep. Would not suggest this hotel for anyone who may have asthma or other allergies."

"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "Place was difficult to find. The direction led to the back of the building where there was no signage so you aren't sure if you are at the right place. You then have to climb up 5 storeys to reach the front to enter the building to check in. All this while lugging your luggage! Also cleanliness or orderliness was not a priority. Wife found her pillow mouldy, mould was all over the hair dryer in the bathroom where tiles were cracked. To reach the room you go through an area where things appear...
