Got room only for 10 days out of 14. No dishes, no kitchen ustensiles, no toaster, no hangers in closets for clothes, no television . Had to buy to everything.

It's first time،I was see this kind of hotel(very bad hotel) First of all the picture of hotel totally different than real. Every where is dirty,room, corridor,outside. The washrooms are smelling too much,there doesn't have even toilet paper. I never see this kind of hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Ein absolutes No-Go – nie wieder! Wir sind sprachlos über das, was man hier als „Hotel“ bezeichnet. Am Empfang eine Mitarbeiterin, die ausschließlich Vietnamesisch spricht – eine Verständigung war nur über Google Übersetzer möglich. Laut ihrer Aussage habe es vor Kurzem eine Massenschlägerei gegeben – was die Einschläge und Spuren von Faustschlägen an mehreren Zimmertüren leider bestätigen. Der Empfangsbereich wurde zusätzlich als Küche zweckentfremdet: Ihr Mann kochte dort, wodurch das gesamte Gebäude nach Rauch roch. Anfangs wurde versucht, uns abzuwimmeln, doch nach vier Stunden beharrlichem Warten und Diskutieren erschien schließlich der Chef – mit zwei Stunden Verspätung – und stimmte einer Rückerstattung unserer Zahlung für drei Nächte zu. Wir konnten zum Glück in ein seriöses Hotel wechseln. Leider kann man keine Minuspunkte vergeben. Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv nie wieder! Absolutely unacceptable – never again! Receptionist spoke only Vietnamese, communication was only possible via Google Translate. She mentioned a recent mass brawl, which was confirmed by visible fist marks on several room doors. Her husband was cooking at the front desk, causing smoke throughout the building. They tried to dismiss us, but after 4 hours of insisting and discussion, the manager (who showed up 2 hours late) refunded us for 3 nights. We were able to move to a proper hotel. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!
