"The room was in a very poor state of repair, electrical sockets hanging off the wall, windows held in with tape, paint peeling, thick clumps of hair on the towels, pillows ripped, lumpy and filthy, mould in the room, table broken and couldn't be used as the top fell off - clearly a long standing issue as there were screws randomly put into the top which fixed nothing. "The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering. "

"Very good hotel, 15 minute walk to opera, museums, concert halls, etc. Great breakfast. Room was comfortable. Bed was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was pretty dark, and even the hallway often only had the presence (emergency?) lights on. Still, a minor thing, and I would likely stay again. "

"We spent three very comfortable and enjoyable nights here. The hotel is very well maintained with well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. It’s very well located for local transport. There is a rail station with a direct connection to the airport and the 71 tram takes you to the heart of the city in ten minutes. "

"We stayed for 3 nights to explore Vienna and the Christmas markets. The hotel was lovely, reception looked modern and the Christmas tree and piano were a nice touch. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room / apartment was on the 4th floor. It was clean, very spacious with a bedroom, bathroom and separate living area. Everything looked new, the furniture was modern and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals, including a coffee maker, decent size fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. We even had a balcony! The bedroom was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable, we had 3 great nights sleep. Storage was good and the shower was excellent, good water pressure and an even temperature. The hotel was a bit out of the city but close to Schonbrunn Palace. Transport options were excellent with a tram stop right outside and trains and underground not far away too. A very enjoyable stay and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. "
