Dinner Bed and Breakfast
One night stay with dinner. Hotel has been completely refurbished. Helpful and friendly staff.Dinner was good, especially the Cullen Skink, but disappointed there was no fish as a main dish on the menu. The bedroom was well equipped, comfortable and clean. One minor issue was the seats in The Findlater Lounge bar and also in The Grant Dining Room were somewhat low.

Clearly a hotel that has had a great deal of money spent on it. This is an expensive place to stay, eat and drink at, but the experience I had from the breakfast waiting staff was appalling. The waitress was was rude, disinterested and made me feel like I was getting in the way between her and gossiping with the Chef in the kitchen which could be clearly seen from the restaurant. I never got a hot drink despite asking twice and eventually gave up and left. Food generally good but quite expensive, beers available in the bar were limited and the local IPA tasted quite vinegary so I guess it had been sitting in the pipes quite a while. Overall, a place that left me feeling disappointed for the owners as they clearly have put a lot of thought into this hotel, but the staff like I experienced at breakfast have let them down badly.

I have stayed here previously. This is a very well kept comfortable hotel that feels very warm and welcoming and I will be visiting again. Only issue that guests need to be aware of is that single room beds are very short. I’m 6’2” and my legs were hanging off the end of the bed by quite a bit. I had asked reception if any other rooms were available as I was there for 3 days but was told I would need to pay to be moved which I couldn’t do as my company budget wouldn’t allow. Not usually one to leave a review but want to make sure potential (Tall) customers understand that the single room options may not be suitable. Not cheap to stay here so you want it to be right. I will be booking again this year and next but will choose a double bed next time.

Beautifully decorated for the season. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly. We dined in the Bar19. The food was amazing. A bit on the expensive side but very well prepared. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will be back again. Next time I hope you have a longer mirror in the room, helps when dressing for dinner!!

Gem of a place
From start to finish everything was excellent. Staff were really young and very professional, Smartly dressed and very attentive. Food was amazing and a really nice menu. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back at some point. Really enjoyable

Brilliant Hotel, Highly Recommend
We are seasoned travellers and always like a highly rated hotel. The Seafield Arms Hotel meets all our expectations and we cannot praise it enough. Room and facilities were top notch. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner offer varied choices and well presented. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely book again on our next visit.

Was a beautiful little gem set in the heart of a Cullen. Room was great, staff was friendly, had an extensive dinner menu which was delicious. Others noted the parking lot was tight spaces- which was true— but still managed to fit the rental SUV in without too much trouble.

Hotel has recently been renovated - very clean and modern, excellent bathrooms and rooms. Very comfy bed. Bar and restaurant good but food a little pricey. Excellent, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Smiley-happy reception team, lovely beautifully decorated hotel room - ‘mahussive’ 😂 bathroom, fantastic food in the bistro - a lovely bar area, and the ‘ski lodge’ area is a very innovative use of outside space to ensure covid-compliance.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff
We had a lovely overnight stay. All the staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel very comfortable. The room (104) was well appointed with a comfortable bed. Shower area was fantastic. We had dinner in the bar area which was tasty and a good selection on the menu. We also had a continental breakfast the next morning. We would love to come back and visit again. Great location for exploring the north east.
