We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room to sleep for six people and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area was great. We spent every night at the firepit. Definitely recommend this cabin!
I went for a quiet prayer retreat on my own. This cabin was exactly what I needed. Comfy, Cozy and nestled in the woods. The cabin had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the wood burning fire place. Looking forward to a return visit.
I would recommend this cabin for a nice, relaxing getaway. Directions to the cabin were spot on! Communication with the owner was quick when we had questions and he resolved a small issue we had right away.
I would definitely book again!
A cozy cabin in a beautiful area. Stayed for a weekend with family and pets all of whom had a wonderful time. The cabin had everything we needed for a great weekend of catch, campfires, walks, board games, and bbq's. The kids discovered the classic retro Game console by Nintendo and were amazed at their dad's Super Mario skills. 110% would recommend.
The cabin is comfortable and is exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days away from the city. With 2 large dogs, we had no issues. Nice secluded firepit outside, modern amenities, and enough privacy to enjoy our stay. Hosts were great and straightforward. A smooth stay with no issues.
A great little cottage for a quiet weekend getaway.
We booked for the Thanksgiving weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage was clean and full of wonderful little touches that made the weekend full of fun; the kids loved the little mousehole stickers and playing in "their" room.
The property is stunning and my father and I enjoyed several chats out on the porch or by the fire pit while the leaves fell around us. This is a special place to disconnect from the world and unwind. Would definitely recommend it!
As you can tell, we really enjoyed the porch!
Coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening.
Nice and private.
No close neighbors.
Cute and cozy cabin.
The wood stove did the trick on those cool mornings or evenings.
We also enjoyed the beautiful 🐦🐦⬛ songs and 🐿️s
We recently stayed at this gorgeous cabin to celebrate my birthday and Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting was stunning—watching the leaves fall from the trees and the sunset over the lake was magical. The host added so many thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee that we enjoyed on the covered deck each morning.
The dog run and crib were such considerate and rare additions, making it comfortable for every family member, even the furry and little ones! This cabin is a perfect mix of beauty and comfort. We can't wait to return!
.
We enjoyed the quaintness of the area, and the cabin. We paid additional fees for the kayaks for our teens, and preteen. They really enjoyed that option. Well thought out for a largish family of 5, and our two furry family members. Everything was there we needed, and cozy to relax in. I wish the weather would have co operated for more time outside to explore for us. It rained most of our stay. But that obviously was not fault of the rental, and could not be helped. We would definitely return with our family for a stay again to get away from the city. The walk from the cabin with the Kayaks to the boat launch was a bit further than we initially expected. We just used our mini van to transport to the appropriate area. Thank you to Graham and family.
Cute cozy little cabin with just about everything you need! We ended up going to Twin Lake to kayak as there was little access points to Buck Lake. Great stay, would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our time. The cabin was perfect. Beds were great, kitchen a nice size, bathroom was lovely and the front veranda was absolutely amazing(my favoriteplace). The grainery gazebo firepit was also excellent.
Fantastic vacation. What a great little cabin for a family get away, including our dogs!
Clean, comfortable, accommodating! What a great experience highly recommended
Lovely little cabin. The hosts have basically thought of everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Access to the lake is a challenge as we couldn't find any. WIFI is spotty. Other than that, thumbs up.
This small cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee from the Keurig and then again in the late afternoon sun. We highly recommend stopping in the Village of Pigeon Lake at Familia Brewery if you like craft beer. The lake is bigger than we expected, and we hoped do some paddling. Unfortunately, it rained a lot of the time we were there (but we are not complaining, Alberta really could use it) so maybe next time. When the sun broke, we enjoyed several walks around the lake and cabins, saw lots of people fishing. We also kept busy with puzzles and games found in the cabin and movies on two TVs (kids on one room, parents in another). The hosts were very accommodating and prompt in answering messages. I highly recommend this cabin for small families with pets!
