"We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. The staff in the pool area was especially miserable and not what you would expect when spending $1200 a night to stay. They were understaffed in most departments and no one answers the drink desk or room service phones. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm. The reviews on the Marriott website are in line with what we experienced this week. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful place! I will say the best service was at the Sands and Isla blue, but those restaurants are not affiliated with the hotel."

"Clean beautiful property. Small beach with strong tides making it hard to enjoy and swim in. Pool was nice. Onsite restaurant staff were very nice however food was not good."

"This location was perfect for the trip we wanted to have. Location was convenient to travel to multiple beaches and close to Red Hook, but far enough away to get out of the busy areas. Easy walk to Iggies for food/drinks/entertainment. The room was perfect for 2 couples. Didn’t know we would need it but definitely grateful for the generator on the complex. Never realized a lot of the island was out of power for multiple days. The place was nice and clean. Thank you."

"Came to celebrate our daughter’s senior spring break and turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. The house was perfect. Super clean and well stocked with essentials. We were able to snorkel right off the waters edge. We loved the balcony (which is huge) so much we opted for many meals in and enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships. Loved that it was a 5 min walk to Longhorn restaurant/bar and mini market. Also thankful for the generator as we heard other people complaining of losing electricity for days on the island. My daughter’s favorite day water island. Ours was visiting St John. The others days we enjoyed checking out the beaches of St Thomas. This place is worth the price. Would definitely rent it again if we stay on St Thomas."

"The views offered at this property and the infinity pool were the best we have experienced! They take care of all the extra things in the kitchen. The beds are so comfortable! We grabbed groceries at a local grocery store and didn’t leave for 4 days! We will be back!"

"Michelle and Kevin’s place was perfect for my daughter and me. Amazing views, loved the cats. Had everything we needed for our trip to visit my son studying at UVI. The only issue here is the road. Definitely want a vehicle with clearance and tolerance to the bumps. Michelle was great. Great communication and easy to get a hold of. What an amazing week. Thanks Michelle "
