The property boasts a large fenced garden of approximately 1,500 square meters, featuring a well-kept lawn and a spacious patio furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals outdoors. Guests will also find a ping-pong table, ideal for moments of leisure and fun for both adults and children.

Guests can unwind in the beautiful private pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm), surrounded by magnificent views over the Tuscan landscape. The pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower, and an elegant gazebo with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping an aperitif at sunset.

Completing the villa are a convenient private parking area that can accommodate up to 6-7 cars and a practical barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals with family and friends.

Internal Description

Villa Tre Laghi is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows have mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 1 baby cot are available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request (maximum 1).

Ground floor: Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright open-plan living area on split levels, featuring elegant French doors that open directly onto the garden. Tastefully furnished, this inviting space offers comfortable sofas and armchairs, a charming fireplace, a dining table, and chairs, the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying time together.

Continuing on, you will find a large eat-in kitchen, ideal for convivial lunches and dinners for up to 8-10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. From here, you can access the outdoor patio, perfect for al fresco breakfasts.

A convenient guest bathroom completes the ground floor.

First floor: The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed if needed. All bedrooms feature a private ensuite bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
