Chianti View at Marioli

Villa Marioli is an agritourism complex in the heart of Tuscany: a unique terrace overlooking the Chianti countryside.

The ancient buildings are located near Montebenichi (about 200 meters away), an ancient fortress of Siena in the Middle Ages.



It is an old farmhouse, part of the building dating back to the fifteenth century and in the 90s the building was completely renovated and the house is back to life.



The house is surrounded by several hectares of olive groves, producing a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. The bottles of oil can be purchased directly at the complex.



The complex consists of five apartments and each Apartment is completely independent with its own Solarium, BBQ, private entrance, parking place and shared Pool and Private Jacuzzi (Option). Free Wi-Fi



It is also very well placed to start day trips to the most beautiful and interesting areas of Tuscany and even Umbria.

Tuscany Stay

Fernando was very helpful and very kind. He was always very available when we needed anything, plus he suggested some great winery's and restaurants. The location and privacy were perfect for us. It was a little too rustic for our taste, but it was kind of cool staying in a home that started in the 14th century. The part we stayed in was built in the 19th century. We had a large tub but had to boil water on the stove to get it hot enough. There wasn't a lot of hot water and no hand soap, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for two people for six days.

Definitely the place to go

Definitely the place to go. The views are juste amazing , the place is very quiet and charming and the host Don Fernando is very kind and accessible to all demands. You will feel in the real Toscana mood by staying here . Also this place is at 30 mn from sienna and 1hr from Florence, so very practical , you will definitely need to have a car for moving around in the area.

Hospitality. Our dogs were very welcomed. The feel is relaxed yet dialed in. We lived having firewood delivered to our door to build a wonderful fire. Fernando is very kind and takes great care of his guests. The location is also great.

Amazing apartments with amazing view!

We had our best time here! Very clean, romantic apartment with all necessary accessories and very friendly always smiling owner who took care of us all the time. I have to also mention the surrounding with amazing view on Tuscany hills with olive trees, small stone villages and wineries and air filled with birds huming. Best place to relax and connect with nature. Bigger cities easy approachable by car - e.g. beautiful Siena. This is place where we want to come back for sure! Only thing we recommend to improve is the wifi connection - to enter the codes every time we want to dial in is just annoying.
