"The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms.
The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average.
The hotel has a great location and good parking, if they would renovate it would be a very good hotel.
The receptionist was ok, but he was not aware if there are any water boiling facilities in the room or not.

"I stayed for two nights and had such a great experience at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were extremely attentive, service was outstanding in all areas; reception, concierge, the pool and spa, the restaurant staff, and the room cleaning staff. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very tasteful with everything you could need. The pool and spa facilities were also very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with such a huge variety of options. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty and a good selection of food. The hotel was clean and nice and quiet. Really conveniently located so only a short walk from the centre. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Bucharest. Many thanks ✨✨✨✨✨"
