"Evergreen Cottages was amazing. It had way more amenities than I was expecting. A gated dog zone, BBQ grills and picnic areas and outdoor lighting that made the place so cozy. The home was comfortable and spacious for such a cozy home. The only thing I would change was there was no place to hang clothes (like a clothing rack) and the water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and it came out either scalding or cold. Other than that everything else was amazing. "

"The internet didnt work. The pool said open till 10 they closed it at 7. The pool rulessay NO DIVING a 6 yr old was jumping in from sode of pool feet 1st and the lady came out screaming NO JUMPING thats not what the rules said. I was there for 3 days NO housekeeping came was given no tiolet paper no trash bags no cleam towels and the whole hallway smelt of Marijuana BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE"

"Myself and three of my employees were in Pensacola for work for a month. The house was very comfortable, host was very easy to work with. We had plenty of room to cook meals and relax on our off hours. The house is in a great location and easy to find, and off the main road. Super quiet. Would definitely get this house again if we are in town for work or vacation. "
