"The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious...

"We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. The chalet was very spacious with a very big bathroom, there was a spa bath on the balcony, a nice touch but I think this is extra and we did not use it. There was a very usable kitchenette, good air conditioning and wi-fi, everything you would need for to base yourselves for a week. We unfortunately were on a tighter schedule so only...

"We had a really poor breakfast on Sunday: No bread and no croissants au beurre were available even though we arrived perfectly on time there. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed, because the only employee had to constantly switch between restocking the buffet, cleaning dishes and managing the front desk to check out guests. "Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Am Empfang war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war katastrophal bzw. kann man es gar nicht Frühstück nennen. Es gab so gut wie gar nix (8 Uhr). Weder Teller, Tassen wurden aufgefüllt noch war die Milch in der Maschine vorhanden. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse bzw. war eigentlich fast alles einfach leer!!! Leider wurde in den 30 min wo wir im Raum verbracht haben nichts aufgefüllt. Das noch vorhandene Rührei war kein Rührei. Es war ein Brei...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed staff members cleaning frequently. Parking was convenient and secure with a lift directly to the room floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with adequate storage space. There was a mini-frig in the room but it did not work but it was not a big problem for us.
