"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"It was rustic and functional and staff were friendly but my stay was frustrated by being charged by OYO on my bank account after I had paid the front desk at check in for my two nights. I paid the online rate of $142-143 at the desk and was charged an additional $180 the next morning by OYO. When I called them, they said they needed a confirmation number to look up my stay. Long story short, they never sent me a confirmation number as my stay was booked originally through Expedia, so I guess I’m just out of luck on my $180 charge that was not supposed to happen. I like the staff and the property but I don’t know how to feel about OYO not being up to speed on their charges. I stayed the year prior here and had no issues. I would recommend paying at the front desk only and not to book online. Location is great and I will possibly stay again. Hope this helps. And perhaps if OYO sees my review they can reach out to me and reference my stay for this review through Expedia. Who knows I might get my money back for the extra charge?"
