We checked in a bit late (8 pm) in off season. The gentleman was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable. The free breakfast was horrible. I didn’t eat it. The pics on website might have been what is served during peak months but definitely not what we saw.

Underwhelming to be sure. 4pm check in really meant 4pm. Front office not open till 4pm. Room was definitely meant for the 70s...decor and all. Pipes did not deliver cold water....had a bit of a crisis with that. Luckily it was resolved and the manager refunded us a night's stay....great service in that. With some upgrades, this would be a very convenient place to stay while visiting Bryce NP.

We got a cabin here, it was cute and clean. Breakfast… don’t count on that for quality but there are other options by the park. We got in late and got to sit at the bar for a couple drinks before calling it a night, the bar was nice-ish.

Good location and value

Good location, reasonable price. Room is clean and appreciate having the kitchenette. Bed was okay for comfort. Liked the convenience of the cabin for loading and unloading. Unit appears to be newly painted and carpeted inside. Outside is faded. Would stay again.

Okay, nothing special. "Resort" is a misnomer.

Rooms were quiet and clean, but not much in amenities and few outlets and no desk. Breakfast was not very good. Great location for exploring between Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon.
