Very bad experience at several levels, let's start with the check-in: first, you are supposed to received check in info by mail, which I didn't get, so no follow up on the rentals and stress of not being able to check in the flat. Secondly, the check-in procedure requires that you pay a depositum by bank transfer (not credit card): who asks for depositum for that kind of rentals? not the well-known rental platforms, this is very cumbersome. Then, the depositum is only reimbursed after 10-15 days: why so long time after the rental? do you risk paying for damages made by others? Eveyrthing is made unnecessarily complicated: a long form you have to fill for check-in and have to sign to a long list of T&Cs, but you don't have any possibility to not agree to them, because you have already paid for the stay!! This is legally very doubtful! For getting the keys you need to watch a video to show where they are hidden, in a neighboring street! (imagine arriving late with no battery in your phone...). And finally, the reimbursement of the depositum was not total, as in addition to the agreed taxes and fees, they charged another non-invoiced fee that was not mentioned about at the time of booking!
