With us, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.

Guest Access:

Tenants have 48 hours to sign the agreement. If it is not signed within this timeframe, the reservation is not confirmed and a full refund will be issued.



Other Things to Note:

This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects Airbnb search parameters only.



A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.



The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb!



We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
