"Unfortunately I had an issue with payment during check in. Staff handled the situation really poorly, instead of it being a relaxing stayed it was a tense one. The pool was great, basketball court as well. The first floor had wet floors from people walking from the pool to the elevators. Like actual puddles risking a fall. Our room was clean and spacious. Paid over $180 for one night. I expected better customer service for the price! "

"This hotel is always clean and ALWAYS friendly. I go there once a month for work and always see the same front desk folk and they are always so nice. The young gentleman from Germany who works nights is so kind and always greets everyone. Breakfast is good with multiple options, and there are loads of places to eat within 5-10 minutes, including a Target, etc close by. I recommend this place to everyone!"

"Okay place. Stayed two nights. First night an alarm kept going off somewhere. May have been the elevators because next day they were not working. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff only cleans rooms every other day so if you stay two nights, you'll need to re-use towels or request fresh ones. Amenities are what customers pay for."

"Clean, safe, in the very nice area you can do a pleasant outdoor walk for a hour, many people live in the apartment area behind the hotel. Always cold and hot water and milk in the lobby. Very convenient they have utensils in the room. And next door hotel has a restaurant offers healthy or good meals and drink. Mr. Troy he is super nice and helpful, thank you sir very much. "
