"Upon arrival, our room was clean & we were able to check in a little early than 3 p.m. The staff was very professional & checked us in promptly. Later in the evening we went to the bar for drinks & decided to eat supper while there. The food was excellent & Leslie, the bartender was gracious, professional & very knowledgeable of the questions I asked. She was included in the conversations several of us at the bar were having & she talked very highly of MGM Elegante. We will revisit this hotel on our next trip. Although they were in a renovating stage; it did not interrupt our stay at all."

"Better than expected. I feel that I got more than I paid for. Great room with kitchenette, dishes, sink, full fridge with separate freezer, AND dishwasher. TV easy to use HDMI inputs (key for me). Staff were helpful and personable (and even funny). Great restaurants and large cinema in the area. Will stay again!"

"Room is in need of repairs and serious cleaning. The furniture is stained. The breakfast is a bad joke. The worst thing is the anti-2A sign on the door. Unless you walk in the back door, no sign there. This sign makes me feel very unsafe. When criminals are the only ones able to carry a weapon. I alway appreciate the thought that a good guy with a weapon may be there. This is something Expedia should have available on their site. Good information to know when picking out a hotel. "

"The shower/tub in our room did not turn on at all...no water to bathe. The bathroom door would not close due to damage on the bottom of the door. We spoke with the manager, Stephanie, about the problem. She had no ideas for a resolution and did not apologize for the situation. I understand that things happen and resolving them the best way you can is how you gain customer loyalty. We were reserved for another night but we left after one night so that we could get a room that would allow us to bathe. Stephanie said that we couldn't use any other rooms because they were sold out. I suggest driving 10 mi south and staying at a hotel that appreciates your business and doesn't provide you with a manager with an attitude. The breakfast staff was very friendly yet the food was just average."
