"The hotel is under renovation on certain floors so I do take that into account. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room, however, the room had an undeniable odor. It smelt like when a vacuum bag either needs to be cleaned or something had burnt in the vacuum and left an odor behind. Luckily I had some spray and was able to get us trough the night. "

"Staff was accommodating, but the property could use updating. I had to change rooms. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom and the lighting switch plate on the desk lamp was bare wires. Shorted my laptop power supply. "

The manager Specifically told the front desk lady after asking me if I had any pets to put me in room 129, which smelt so bad like dog It made my food taste bad. There were No dishes like a normal extended stay , the staff was all rude and unprofessional . Very unpleasant experience altogether!"
