A 15-20 min walk takes you to the old city(lake of love,beguinage....)700m walking to the the train station.. All 4 rooms have boxspring beds and can be seperated in twin beds. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one separated bathroom, toilet and one dressroom. The room downstairs has en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and lavabo You have 3 parking spaces outdoor and a garage for bicycles

There were no shops nearby as it was a residential area.An easy walk from the railway station, a mini supermarket at the station.It was great that we could all spend time together instead of in 7 different hotel rooms.Would stay again

Lovely house in Brugge

Patrick was very helpful. He had a reference guide for the house and map of the city. The house was very clean with comfortable furnishings. Bedroom on the first floor as well as upstairs. Easy 10 minute walk from train station. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Overnight Bruges

We only stayed 1 night here but could easily have stayed longer. The house is perfect we’ll equipped and perfectly located. We were allowed to drop our bags and pick up the bikes earlier than check in time which was fantastic. We explored Bruges by bike on the first day which was very easy and then walked into town the next day. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in an amazing house. My friend is planning on coming back with her own family!

Very nice house with all the comforts. Clean. My only complaint is that there is no instructions for the use of the washers and dryers. Not speaking the language instructions posted in various languages would be helpful. We had European friends with us and they didn’t know. A little more instruction on appliances would help. Other than that the house was great. I would highly recommend. It would also have been nice to actually meet the owners but realize they need vacations too

Great house, great location

Very clean house. Owner present on arrival and showed us the house and details of it. Great location with a 5-10 minute walk to train station and then just beyond station into town. Very walkable. Nice small patio to enjoy the weather outside. Great stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Bruges.

Stayed for a week with my girlfriend and 2 other couples. Patrick met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. The property is clean and was more than enough room for the 6 of us. It was great to be within walking distance of the city and train station. Very convenient to getting around Bruges or hopping on the train/bus for a day trip elsewhere.

Great Stay

Very clean and convenient home to downtown Brugge. Easy walk to the train station and then an additional walk to the central part of Brugge. The property owner was there upon arrival to show us the house and to give a local's perspective of the area. The house has multiple bikes which four of us enjoyed riding through the local area as well as downtown Brugge. Highly recommend this house for a stay near Brugge.

Beautiful Bruges

Our stay at this house was wonderful. We were able to buy local groceries and use the kitchen for some meals. The provided bikes were used by all parties and helped us to discover the countryside. We walked the short distance to the Old Town of Bruges daily so we could enjoy the many fascinating sites and of course taste and buy chocolates of all kinds. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

What a place

Found this house whilst searching Vrbo for a place to stay in Brugge. Yes this isn’t exactly in the middle of Brugge but that’s what makes it better. The walk from the station takes between 10-15mins and then a further 10-15 to the middle of Brugge. There’s a shop in the station that stays open until 2000 every day plus a bakery around 15min walk north. Patrick, the owner, was brilliant and spoke very good English. Unfortunately the pilot light had gone out on the boiler but when we told Patrick he was over straight away to fix it. The heating was limited to 21C which is understandable with the gas prices but this did mean the house was a little cold at night. Also on the listing there wasn’t a mention of the downstairs WC, not an issue at all but maybe it would be helpful for people the know in the future. Over all the house was great, very clean and tidy. We as a family loved it.

Tijdens de incheck hebben we een uitgebreide uitleg over het huis en de werking van alle apparatuur. Verder heeft Patrick ons alle leuke plekjes van Brugge op de kaart laten zien.Het huis was fantastisch, alles was aanwezig, alles was schoon en de inrichting is zeer modern. In alles zagen wij dat de eigenaren met liefde het huis onderhouden en hun gasten het beste willen bieden.Echt een aanrader.

Es war sehr sehr schön im Haus selber. Außerdem stand alles was man brauchte zur Verfügung und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nah an der Autobahn aber trotzdem ruhig. In der Stadt ist man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Kann nicht klagen wir fanden es allesamt toll

Mehr als gelungener Kurzurlaub

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit den vorhandenen tollen Fahrrädern haben wir eine große Fahrradtour (ca. 50 km) unternommen. Sehr angenehm war, das die beiden WC getrennt von den Badezimmern waren. Somit gab es bei 6 Frauen morgens keine Probleme. Wir können das Haus, die Umgebung und Brügge nur empfehlen. Den Gastgebern unseren herzlichen Dank für die tolle Kommuniktion und ein tolles Fereinhaus.

Heerlijke midweek

Samen met het gezin heerlijk een midweek in dit huisje geweest. Mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Heel netjes en schoon.Dichtbij het spoor (7 min.) en een 20 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het centrum van het mooie Brugge is ook goed bereikbaar met de fiets, 7 min.. Al met al een hele mooie vakantie.

Fußläufig zur Stadtmitte, saubere Zimmer netter Empfang. Liegt an einer Kreuzung daher ein klein wenig laut. Würde die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und unserem Hund (nach Absprache mit Patrick) im November in der Unterkunft. Inbesondere der Wohnbereich mit der angrenzend gut ausgestatteten Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Vermieter tagsüber eine Heizungsabsenkung eingestellt hatte. Da man im November bei schlechtem Wetter auch mal tagsüber zu Hause ist, fanden wir das nicht ganz so angebracht. Abgesehen davon wäre vermutlich eine moderate dauerhafte Beheizung auch für den Energieverbrauch sinnvoller. Super war die Nähe zur Altstadt. Man geht eine knappe halbe Stunde. Wir haben den Weg übers Klinikgelände mit viel Grünfläche gewählt. Patrick begrüßt die Gäste persönlich und gibt viele wertvolle Tipps. Sehr positiv fanden wir den Umstand, dass wir die Wohnung am Abreisetag erst um 11 Uhr verlassen mussten. Sonst ist eher 10 Uhr üblich. So konnten wir noch gemütlich frühstücken. Brügge selber ist sehr schön und in 25 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auch am Meer. Sehr lohnenswert fanden wir den Ausflug nach De Haan, das zu Recht als das schönste belgische Dorf an der Küste bezeichnet wird.
