Right in the heart of Old Town, with the beautiful canals and old buildings. It's amazing that they have modernixed the interiors while leaving the centries-old exteriors as they were.. old world charm, with new world luxuries...

The staff at this hotel was outstanding - always willing to assist, ready with a recommendation, warm and relaxed. There really isn't a more perfect location, right in the heart of Brugge, and easy access (less than a block) to bus route from the train station. The views from the canal view rooms are beautiful! Would absolutely come back to stay here.
