We were in room #15. Its shower is not ideal. It has a tub and for a quadruple room where kids are expected, I am sure nobody is taking a bath. you need shower. The shower faces the width of the bath tub and there is no shower curtain so there is a big mess outside if you are showering even if you sit in the bath tub and hold the handheld shower next to you. We requested a room change and they were able to accomodate us to another room on second night and that worked for us. The location is awesome and the owner is really helpful.

Room was large, clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make our visit feel special. Breakfast was fresh and continually refreshed during the Breakfast period. Would stay here again, the location was perfect for us, and is within a couple of minutes to yhe nain square.

My travel partner (who is in a power wheelchair) and I were staying one night in Bruges, and when I booked the room, I'll admit I was extremely skeptical that a room in 700-year-old Bruges would be wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, we confirmed that it was with the owner and, to put it mildly, were shocked at HOW accessible the room was. Not only was it large and easy to move around in, it had hardwood floors and and absolutely HUGE tiled bathroom, complete with his and her sinks. Staff was extremely helpful with local information. Anyone who is needing an accessible room in Bruges I would definitely say to contact this hotel. The location is just a few streets away from the main square, shopping, walking tours, etc.

We had an excellent stay in a lovely hotel. Its in a centre location yet far enough away from amny noise. The room wad clean and well presented. The bathroom was very large, the bedroom was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast wad delightful full very fresh with freshly made eggs anyway you like it.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were all amazing and kind, providing great local suggestions in the area. The room was comfortable and clean- all beds were great in the triple room. The breakfast was delicious.
