Excellent host, lovely breakfast, lovely room in a lovely house. The location is near enough to the centre but not so close that its in a busy area. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would100% recommend
Leen was an amazing host. We loved that the B&B was in a quiet 12th-century neighborhood. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. I can't think of even one thing I would change.
Very homey and clean. The hosts were wonderful; warm, hospitable, friendly, provided everything needed for a comfortable stay and really good ideas for getting to know the town. If you want to feel like a local, this is the perfect place to stay.
Friendly host made sure we felt welcome. Bit of a walk from suggested drop off point but not a big deal. There is a closer drop off and pick up point just around the corner near Bakerij Joseph. Beautiful city!
An amazing B&B just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Bruges. There’s free parking a short 5 minute walk away. Our host Leen was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was really nice and her homemade fruit juice was amazing. The room was huge and comfortable. My daughter especially liked the toilet/shower facilities disguised as a wardrobe. It was really nicely decorated for Christmas. It was really warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
The owner provided us with outstanding service/ Excellent breakfast, very responsible. gave us very helpful advice. the limitations: no air conditioning, the room is stuffy at night if you have to sleep with the window closed.
B&B Emma was one of the highlights to our trip to Belgium. Leen was so friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect. Everything you might need is in the room, incuding a plug-in mosquito repellent. A kettle and delicious teas from a local shop were also in the room. The bed was super comfy and the house was really quiet, with only the churchbells to lull you to sleep. The house is a short 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre and there are even a couple of restaurants local to the B&B (one across the road) and well off the tourist track. We stayed two nights and would love to go back!
We had a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back someday.

The property is cute but quite small. We had to go upstairs with a big suitcase ,the owner helped my husband though. No coffee in the room, the breakfast we paid for was ok but nothing special.we were a good 15 mn walk to the old town center ans the parking was the same .
Lis, the owner, is lovely and she provides you with a walking tour map of the old city marked with highlights. She pointed us in the direction of some hidden gems we would otherwise have missed. Some down sides - if you come by train, the B&B is on the opposite side of the old city so you need to take a bus (easy access if you drive). It's a 15 minute walk to the heart of the hold city, but it's a beautiful stroll. Cars on the cobblestone streets in the morning are noisy. This is a "B" not a "B&B"- that is, there is no breakfast, and it's cash only, no credit cards taken and finding a cash machine in town is not easy.
The host made loads of recommendations with a personalised map of the city and none of them disappointed. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again!

The hosts were very nice and did lots of work to prepare for us to be there. However, the bathroom is really just a closet, there were not enough towels, and the fan that was provided was broken. They parking that was free was only free one night then we had to park on the street and the restaurant they suggested was reservations only. All in all it was just ok not the worst place but wouldn’t stay here again.
The owner was fantastic and very friendly. She was helpful and provided us with a detailed walking tour map and little hidden gems we needed to see.
Would stay again !
This is a lovely little B&B about a ten-minute walk from the centre of Brugge.
Leen and Jimmy go a long, long way out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and you have any or all information you may need, down to an individually marked out map by Leen.
The room was modern, bright and clean.
Breakfast was excellent - A lovely attention to detail, and most things home made, or from a small local business.
You will be able to check in and unload, and then pointed towards a free parking where you can leave you car while you stroll around this beautiful city.
Thank you so much for looking after us
The personal element of providing a map and spending a good 30 mins explaining where things were was exceptional. They had also highlighted different walks around the city on the map too. If only everywhere did this. I got to see so much more of the city.
Breakfast was continental but absolutely amazing. All fresh and top quality ingredients. I only had 24 hours in Bruges but i will definitely be staying here again.
