"Hotel is located near exhibition center so that's very nice - but also quite expensive. Also I don't understand that when you paid for the room until 12:00 noon why the cleaning personal came twice in the morning to clean when I did not check out yet. They need a better communication between cleaners and front desk when People has checked out "

"I’ve stayed in this hotel for almost 15 years. It’s getting older but the upkeep is stellar, the service impeccable. Its location is only good if you’re visiting anything nearby like the Meistersinger Halle for shows and concerts. Huge park adjacent. 3-minute walk to buses and tram for a 10-minute ride to the central train station and the old city for all the restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions like museums and Royal Castle."
