"It was just average. The mattress on the bed was comfortable. The bed also came with a no cover, of course, but a I got a thin comforter that was comfortable. The heat and cooling in the room was easy to adjust. I was not comfortable with the furniture, trying to sit and watch TV for a few hours."

"The hotel is cozy and beautiful. I am never disappointed with my room. I have stayed here several times, and every time I have to stay in LaCrosse, I stay at this property. The shower a excellent and having a full kitchen in the room with a sitting room is such a bonus when staying away from home."

"overall, our stay was okay. although the hotel bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep. We did notice our room was not stock with toilet tissues properly and shampoo, but we manage to sequence the life out of what is left in the bottle for one night shower and forgot to mention to the clerk so hope the next guest is fully stock for.
