"I stayed here for 3 nts. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but my room was decent: with a balcony (facing the parking lot, lol), comfortable beds, small fridge, microwave, TV although the entertainment center that the TV was on, was facing the door? not the beds or the couch which was weird, so I had to move the whole thing to face the beds to watch TV and the breakfast was good 👍. The pool looked a bit unkept & they did had a hot tub next to the pool. Idk if I’d stay here again, probably not."

"Place needs a little work, but the room was nice and clean . Gym under construction, missing ice machines, one working elevator.. Not a bad stay though for a quick trip. 👌 I like taking stairs anyways. "

"It’s a beautiful property situated on a corner lot. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The crown jewel is the backyard with a sweet in ground pool, full sun most of the day and four comfortable chaise lounges. The backyard is totally private and completely fenced in. There’s also a large cabana on a trex deck, perfect for getting out of the sun. It has nice patio furniture and a table with eight chairs for all your guests. We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it! The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we felt completely safe. We had a plumbing issue on our third day, I contacted the owner and he was very responsive. A plumber arrived the next day and fixed the problem, no other issues for the remainder of our stay. I want to correct the listing, there is no garage parking. The garage has a regulation ping pong table which I enjoyed, an air hockey table, the washer and dryer and an assortment of other items for the yard. There’s a plastic kiddie pool for toddlers. It’s super centrally located about a half mile from the main thoroughfare thru Pompano beach and close to shops, restaurants, a prime golf course and anything else you might need. If your undecided take my word for it and rent it you won’t be disappointed!"

"It wasn’t so much the location it was Expedia that falsely advertised this property and it made for a horrible experience. Some rude staff members and lack of cleaning our rooms or even offering clean towels. Over all it was the service and Expedia that caused the issues. "

"Studio is as advertised. Clean compact accommodations in a peaceful quiet neighborhood and good Deerfield Beach location. Nice private courtyard and shared swimming pool. Host was quick to address issues during our week's stay. "
