The beverage area was dusty. You could see the dusts on the mirror shelving unit.So we know this room has not been cleaned for awhile.
There was no lotion provided as well which was different from all the 4 hotels we have stayed in while in London, Sheffield and Bath.
We expected better on the reataurant for it was highly rated but was disappointed. One of our orders were the Madras Beef Curry and that meal was just not worth it. Such a mediocre Indian cuisine with no touch of love on the dish. I would say this meal will not even pass for 5gbp and it was 19.95. Not worth your money at all. The rest of our orders are ok specially the fish and chips and Calamari was good. The attendants and service were good too. Thank you.

There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself ...

Don’t come if you’re a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesn’t cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldn’t eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip.
