Clean room, nice bar and good location. However the hotel bar was shut before midnight on a Saturday which was disappointing. The pool is not included which is misleading. It has particular rules, swimming cap and professional swimwear must be worn and additional charge for guests. I tired to find information about the pool before we arrived. We could not use the facilities with the swimming costumes/shorts we had, we were advised to buy the suitable items at the pool.

Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly. Many hair in bathrooms and on the robes. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor very pleasant the second night. The restaurant buffet though was very nice high quality foods and nice service. The access to pool and spa opens way too late at 10am and closes way too early at 8pm for people who work…

Clean room , very good breakfast, outstanding staff … except for the front desk.Front desk is quite aloof and could not care less.

The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.

Easy and efficinet checking in and out. Helpful and polite staff. Nice and clean room. Small hotel, cosy and with character. Good breakfast. Great location. Will stay again if offers reasonable price.
