Find a Great Motel Brookvale

"Super big room! Loved the space with the kitchenette and everything. Beds were cozy (with thicker blankets which I love). Also great proximity to shops and things to do. Breakfast was a nice addition, I wouldn’t say anything particularly special. And reception was a bit lukewarm but otherwise enjoyed our stay! "

"Staff were very kind during our stay, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and I liked that they had flavoured syrups for the coffee. Had complementary bikes, wish we could use them but was raining during our stay. Super close to all things downtown, max 20 minute walk to the things we wanted to see in Charlottetown! Only thing is doors and ceilings are thin so we could hear the kids of some guests running around in the hallways and upstairs in the morning and at night, but other than that it was a fantastic stay!"

"Thankfully we are no longer dealing with COVID. I would expect housekeeping to check the for three night stay. Other than that I enjoyed the stay."

"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a small, hardened substance on the bed sheet that had left a visible stain. The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. After insisting, they eventually offered us another room, but it had twin beds instead of the double bed we had booked. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service, and we would not recommend it"

"The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. "
