Beautiful Property

I enjoy my time here at the Rustic Manor & Starry Nite beautiful location very peaceful plus being able to see the farm animals in the backyard just made it 10x better over all this property was very nice. My only complaints is that the cleanliness wasn’t so great the kitchen counter were sticky when we arrived not so clean also outside spiders & spider webs all over the furniture that could’ve been maintained before guests arrived. The pool was semi clean wish we had a pool net to access. Communication with the Host wasn’t so great. I wasn’t able to get in touch with host directly. I kept having problems with the surround sound system due to the property WiFi connection I’ve asked a Question regarding my situation I never gotten a response. Besides that I love the property very nice just needs to be more detailed cleaned.

Don’t book!

I spent a lot of time and money arranging a trip for my extended family. After driving from out of town I arrived to a locked gate. When I reached out to the host she was completely non-responsive. It has been three days and still no response from her whatsoever.

The location is awesome. The communication with property mgr did not happen anytime before check in. When we got there we had to call back to back to get let into the house. Lady said no one was booked when we were in fact and provided our reservation details. She had no idea! When we got into the property it was not even cleaned! We had to hurry up and get changed for rehearsal dinner and leave. while gone the cleaning crew came. Smelled nice when we got back and beds were madeLike it should look when you first arrive and not after the fact! The A/C in one of the she sheds I call it did not work so had to move family in to sleep on the couch all weekend. Due to the lack of communication, the place not cleaned, broken pieces of furniture, gate not working and A/C not working in one of the sheds outside we should get a reimbursement!!!
