"I have been staying at this property while visiting Disneyland for many, many years, and boy, has it gone downhill. The room and public areas were far from clean. The hallways were littered with trash and debris. The bathtub/shower was dirty, the toilet stained and the floor needed scrubbing. The hotel staff were unhelpful. We spent 15 minutes wandering around looking for our room while dragging our luggage, as the desk clerk was new and didn’t know her way around either. The service at the restaurant was very slow and unfriendly, and the food was mediocre. The shuttles to the park were timely, but run down and dirty. They used to have nice shuttles. Now they seem to have acquired worn out old school busses with bad blue & red paint jobs. Sadly, this will be our last visit."

"It was a pretty decent stay. Elevators and hallways need some cleaning and some of the common areas. Spa was down for our stay, which was disappointing, but I probably will come back to stay. Price was reasonable."

"Got this room kind of last minute before a trip to Knott’s. The staff seemed friendly enough, but had very limited interactions. We got a room on the first floor on the far end of the hotel. In one of the neighborhoods nearby, they were playing music quite loudly and we could hear it in the room. You can pretty much hear everything outside around you, so our white noise machine and earplugs were pretty necessary. The room itself was a decent size, but it had an overpowering scent of cleaner. Despite that, the floors felt very dirty and slippery, which was probably my biggest complaint. Also, the bathtub didn’t plug. Basic amenities. Decent price. Ok location, but good for the park. Overall, I might stay here again, but I’d definitely entertain other options first. "

"AVOID - at ALL costs. AVOID. Where do I begin? Mini Fridge shutdown in middle of night resulting in water leakage EVERYWHERE. TV did not work - cigarette burns in the furniture - laminate literally peeling off furniture - BLOOD STAINS in the sheets - NO "hot" water..... Met with "David" who I have on video agreeing to give a refund for my 2 night stay. (I left after the 1st night and booked another hotel). Filed a refund request with expedia, and now they can't contact the property or "David". Shady and shiesty. A literal dump."

"If you are just looking for somewhere for you to sleep and you don't care about the accommodation or what the hotel has to offer? This is probably the place for you. The pool is not heated. The "free" breakfast was all carbs, so if you need some protein in the morning, don't expect any. There were make-your-own waffles, bread for toast, yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal. There was no phone in the room, so if you need something from housekeeping or the front desk, you need to walk down to the lobby. We needed an extra blanket and had to walk down to the lobby to request it, because the dial on the cooling system to change the temperature was broken, and there was no knob there. So if you wanted air in the room to circulate, there was no way to make it colder or warmer for the AC. It was what it was. There were at least three bugs in the room I found without looking, one in the bed, one in the bathroom, and a moth flying around the room. For some reason, they gave us an ADA room... I'm not sure why. But the shower was on the same level as the rest of the tile floor, understandable for someone in a wheelchair, but we didn't need that. With one shower, the entire floor was wiped out and soaking wet, from the shower through to the entire bathroom. We used all four towels we were given just to soak up the floor, so we didn't slip on the tile when trying to leave the bathroom. The vanity (over the sink) light did not work. Won't stay here again."

"The free breakfest is not a continental bf, coffe fruit and store muffins. The free parking is free if ya park outside only, the gated parking is charged, thought it was included ended up paying 30 for two nights parking....next time park outside gate."
