"For the most part, our experience was excellent. There were a few instances since my husband had a electric scooter and we were on the third floor so you couldn’t bring it up to the room that one of the Bell boys he was the one responsible for bringing it to the back and charging it and bringing it out and one of them had an attitude, but that was it. The rest were very nice."
