"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"After staying at the Marriott hotel I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The level of service and room conditions did not meet the standards I expect from the Marriott. Customer service throughout my stay was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel itself did not appear to be properly maintained or cleaned, which made the environment uncomfortable.My room had several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The television malfunctioned and would turn on randomly at different times, which was disruptive especially at night. Room service was also unavailable or not provided as expected, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this stay was disappointing with the usual quality or professionalism typically associated with Marriott. I would appreciate an explanation for these issues and would like to discuss appropriate compensation for the experience."

"Clean room had a feet type of smell went to go by my own cleaning products. Pool was clean and cold what we needed on a hot day. Hot tub not plugged up so no relaxing for adults.. no face towels was in my room hand and body towels.. and a few lil creepy crawlers.. "
