"Clean and tidy hotel near the center of Wrexham. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. Great value hotel and i would stay again if i visit Wrexham again "

"This is an old castle so dont expect luxury. The room i was in was dared and lazy but the small nuce but very small. Gym was ok but dated Grounds were fantastic and good parking They had hot tubs but you have to book. Evenn meal was just ok but not alot of choice and expensive but the restaurant was not great to eat in. Breakfast was awfull and ants on my table. I did report this. Id not fo back "

"Hole in bath towel- and the one it was replaced with. Poor communication with spa. Tried to book a massage on 2 occasions in week preceding stay. It went to ansafone saying to leave a message and they would get back.. They never did and no massages available when we tried again on arrival. Tea/ coffee/milk not refilled in room. Other issues too. On plus side they did try and recify and on departure decreased cost paid for room."

"Overall the hotel is great but going back and forth to Wrexham station and Wrexham fc we ran up a £50 in taxi costs over 24hours . Excellent taxi company at general station. General areas of hotel superb having recently been renovated . Rooms adequate but not very good bathroom where was tight for room but also no cold water through the taps (?) . Maybe it was just our room ? "

"The hotel was reasonable priced and set in stunning grounds. My room was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to use the pool at no extra cost. I would consider staying here again and would recommend. "

"Absolutely fantastic, the only downside was the lift wasn’t working on our side of the hotel, so it was a lot of stairs for my husband who finds stairs difficult. Xx"
