Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool).
