"Host was TERRIBLE about communication. Furnace ran out of fuel, no amenities like SOAP, coffee… very difficult to find… but most of all, host was TERRIBLE regarding communication - we had to call VRBO to get instructions to access, even after having paid in full 15 days prior. "
