"Review for Cashen Course House – September 2025
We had a lovely stay at Cashen Course House in Ballybunion. The location is perfect — quiet but still close to the town and golf course. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. Having on-site parking was a big plus, especially after driving around the countryside.
The hosts were friendly and welcoming, which added a personal touch to the experience. I’d definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again!"
"Beautiful, the views where also amazing , very polite and informative staff. Beautiful room also, only a small distance from town , would recommend !"
"It was lovely. The grounds were quiet and private even though it was close to the road. Sandra the owner was very sweet, kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and we had two bathrooms in our room, which was so nice. The only hiccup I can mention is that on hotels.com, the address was listed as Fenit Road and it was on Knockanush East. We had to call them to get that information."
"Due to a family bereavement they were unable to offer breakfast, but we had not booked breakfast anyway. Although we were there in late August the town was incredibly quiet. Most food and drink places were closed for the duration of our 3 night stay, for breakfast or dinner. But McMunns were open on our last night and we got a good dinner there."

Ballybunion offers visitors breathtaking views of the wild, undisturbed Irish coastline, and its two courses are beautifully contoured, winding between rolling, grassy dunes and the Atlantic Ocean.
