Sink in bathroom was severely cracked Power points at one stage weren’t working Air conditioning not up to scratch A plate for eating meals off was severely chipped Overall poor maintenance and upkeep of the room

The place had no comunity kitchen. The rooms are presented poorly. Unable to use the wifi. Had people walking in and out all night through a loud gate right next to our room not to mention using drills upstairs at a ridiculous hour of the night. Pool area has no shade and is dirty. No room service towels toilet paper etc every morn as you should. Over rated and waste of money. Never again would I stay there

There was no fly screen on the bathroom window, the back of the front door and frame was dirty., there were too many cockroaches in the room, and we only saw a staff member once and that's when we went for a swim. I think the air conditioner has seen better days.
