"Our stay at the Rio Vista property could not have been better. The communication from the home owner was top notch. The home was beyond gorgeous. The views were incredible. The price point was very reasonable. We had 7 women on the property and we had plenty of room to relax. One of the best parts - was the dining table was big enough to fit our whole group. It was so nice to come around the dinner table and make more memories with some of the most important people in my life. "

"This cabin was amazing! It was perfect for my man and I to unwind and re-connect. It is centrally located and close to many fun activities. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the interior is gorgeous. We loved how private it was and appreciated the wooded scene while in the got tub. Our only complaints were that the bedroom remote needs batteries lol and thr hot tub could have been a bit hotter. Other than those small gripes, this place is awesome and we would totally stay again."

"The location of the cabin as listed on VRBO was inaccurate. We specifically desired to be close to a lake, but after the security deposit was paid, it became impossible to change our booking without forfeiting that money, even though VRBO was responsible for providing the incorrect location information.The internet connection was unreliable with frequent interruptions, which prevented us from making a video call. Additionally, there were no lights illuminating the firepit area, making it dark at night."

"This home was spacious and beautifully done. However, the house seems to have been neglected in the cleaning area. There was hair and dirt everywhere, everything wasnt cleaned from the last rental and you could tell. One of the toilets had old pee on the seats, there were bugs in beds, some beds had stains on the bedding. None of the outdoor furniture was usable due to build up of pollen, dirt, mold. Its clear no one has cleaned or wiped those items down in a while. The road that leads to the house is a horrible and seemingly dangerous experience in my opinion. The road is full of holes, sharp turns, one narrow lane. We couldn't even leave the house but once because of how dangerous road leading to the house was and it shouldn't be traveled to at night. The house was beautiful but it lacked in the areas that mattered due to accessibility and cleanliness. "

"The cabin needs some updating, new dishes, wine glasses, newer hot tub and maybe some cards and board games. It was a good cabin. Just needs a little updating. The price was good. Parking is a little tight, no good if you want to bring a boat. "
