"Room was clean. location is excellent. Maintenance going on for the roof was very inconvenient and we even got wet and tracked in dirt because of that . We had handicap room and it was good but suggestions for handicap rooms would be: - lower beds. Hard to get in often - put rubber mats in shower bottoms - if possible fix the division that makes you trip as you go from the bedroom area to the the bathroom area. Bad for both walking and wheelchairs. May not be possible to fix. - breakfast was goods. Bacon not done enough. Coffee extremely strong and bitter. Biscuits and gravy great and fruit great. l Breakfast area crowded each day (we stayed 3) will definitely be booking there again when returning to Lancsaster"

"I didn’t I appreciate love the breakfast. The toaster really didn’t work. It didn’t toast smell like the bagels with that were horrible and the coffee did not taste good. I stayed there a while ago and it was hard boiled eggs, and the toaster worked and there was a blueberry muffins, corn muffins, but this time there was nothing so that’s just my opinion I would they could do when I got better job with that"

"The lobby grounds & room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. We checked in 2 hours before scheduled check-in & there was a room ready for us. The room was dated, but very clean. The walls were peeling & there was a couch with 2 ottomans but no table which was weird, as there was a big open space on one wall. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Bed was large (king size) & comfortable, sheets were clean. We would definitely stay here again."
