The apartment with 63 m² living space has a living room with sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with tub / shower / WC and a terrace with west exposure. A reserved parking space is available at the house, for bicycles brought an on-site bike room is available. Linen, final cleaning and energy costs are included in the rent. For stays of less than 7 nights in the B and C season, a short-stay surcharge applies.
