"Diese kleine Ferienwohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Nähe zu Kappeln bietet weitere Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Im Tourismusbüro wird man freundlich empfangen und gut beraten.Die Gegend lädt ein zu Wanderungen und Radtouren, dadurch hat sie einen besonderen Erholungseffekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Sehr zentral in Laboe. Super Lage am Hafen. Blick leider zur Landseite, nicht auf die Förde. Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schlüssel müssen leider ca. 500 m entfernt abgeholt werden und der Parkplatz liegt leider nicht direkt vor dem Haus, sondern 200 m entfernt auf einem Großparkplatz."

"Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Wir könnten uns vorstellen nochmals dort zu wohnen. Die Kopfkissen sind nicht sehr angenehm. Es müsste eine Folie an der Decke vom Balkon eingezogen werden. Es ist nicht angenehm wenn von darüber wohnenden Personen Schmutz runterbröselt."

"Sehr netter Empfang. Die Lage ist Fantastisch. Gut alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Park direkt vorm Haus. Sauberkeit. Die Gardinen sind schon sehr schmutzig mit gelben Flecken. Die Türen der Küche sind auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hängen bzw. Schließen schlecht. In den Ecken bei den Fenstern hat sich leicht Schimmel angesetzt."

"Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral. Im Schlafbereich befand sich Staub der dort wohl schon länger lag. An der Gardine im Wohnbereich fehlten mehrere Gardinenröllchen und der Lampenschirm von der Stehlampe hatte zwei Risse. Aber ansonsten eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung .Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Sehr saubere und helle Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war für zwei Personen super. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und andere Haushaltsgegenstände. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, es ist angenehm ruhig und man ist innerhalb von 3 min am Strand und geht sogar vorher am besten Fischwagen vorbei. Sofa und Bett sind eher weich, laden jedoch herrlich zum einkuscheln ein. Der Bauerngarten ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich einfach im Grünen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder."

"Das Appartement ist schön und praktisch Die Anreise ist schwierig da man aufpassen muss dass man nicht in die Fussgängerzone kommt Ausladen Gepäck ist möglich beim Hintereingang Parken ist schwierig und teuer Die Stadt verteilt viele Bussen Tipp in der Parkgarage parken und halt dann laufen "

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und haben die Tage in Laboe sehr genossen. Den Kontakt mit Dirk empfand ich als freundlich und unkompliziert, besonders auch die Option mit dem Schlüsselsafe. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Teekanne wäre noch fein, wenngleich wir nicht in Friesland, sondern an der Förde sind ; - ) Die Lage ist natürlich super und rechtfertigt (ein wenig) den Preis. Bei dem nicht ganz günstigen Preis hätten wir uns...

"Die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen Ortsteil von Laboe, mitten in grüner und ruhiger Umgebung. Der Strand sowie alle Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen, wir haben den gesamten Urlaub über alles mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß erreicht. Wir bedanken uns für Eure freundliche und unkomplizierte Art."

"Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."
