The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "

"The hotel was clean. The room was really nice. The primary reason for the reduced ratings was the inflexibility of the staff with the check-in time. When I called to see if it was possible to check-in early, I was advised that I could do so if I was willing to pay an additional $200 Swedish dollars. I therefore rode around on the tram for 2 hours and then waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes until the 4:00 p.m. check in time. It is very inconvenient for international travelers to wait until 4:00 p.m. when it was evident that rooms were available earlier for an additional fee."
