"We really like the location of the property. Everything was great. Our only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and did not get new bedding - ever. The housekeeping consisted of new towels supplied after 3 days and that’s all. The ironing board was broken and the iron did not function. Everyone and everything else was great."

"Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, rate was good, beds were nice and water pressure was amazing. My only complaint is that the a/c was not working in our room. It never got below 80… that was miserable . We did let them know that night and the next morning however hotel was sold out so we couldn’t change rooms."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful week at Haven in the Hills. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Check-in was seamless, and from the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for a fantastic stay.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cluttered. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with small appliances, coffee, cooking essentials, and basic pantry items such as oil and spices. There were more than enough dishes, glasses, and utensils for our group, including durable plastic options for outdoor use.We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub, both of which were impeccably maintained. As parents of two pool-loving toddlers, we especially appreciated the safety features, including the fence around the pool and the door alarm, which gave us added peace of mind.The entertainment options were a huge hit with everyone. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the game room in the garage, and the big-screen theater area in the basement was perfect for movie nights and relaxing together after a day in the pool.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We made great use of the outdoor dining area and fire pit, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.Haven in the Hills provided the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. With great amenities, thoughtful touches, and plenty of space for guests of all ages to enjoy."

"This was the perfect place to have our small, intimate wedding. The views are insane and the house is perfect. The drive up is not too bad just take it slow! We had multiple people come up in sedans no problem."

"We had a great stay. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use. Basketball court was in great shape. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. We had 13 adult people and found the walk-thru bedroom did not have pocket doors. I thought I had seen them in the pictures, but that was not the case. With that many people we needed seven bedrooms and that one was useless to us. Maybe parents with children would use it. The location was really great. Not quite enough silverware for 13 people. Towels were plentiful for the pool. Each bathroom had two towels. Check out was super - just leave and they would do the rest. Would I rent it again - yes."

"Loved this house and the setup. The location was absolutely perfect! We have stayed in the mountains may times over the years, and all throughout the year, and this home was one of our favorites! We visited Pisgah Forest, explored the area and went tubing with Beer City Tubing on this trip. The house was in a great location with everything we wanted to do. Our only issue during this trip was being sent texts telling us that the neighbor complained we were driving too fast on the road, which was a complete lie as we were able to show our speed with screen shots from our Life 360. We're guessing the neighbor doesn't like that the house is being rented out and wants to complain about guests. If that issue wouldn't have happened, it would have been a perfect trip! :)"
