"We love coming here and will still be regulars because the staff and area are great. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to the bathroom condition — it didn’t seem properly cleaned, the shower had dark residue I hope it isn’t mold , the floors weren’t mopped, and the shower faucet was broken making it difficult to adjust the water randomly turns extremely hot. Still a nice place overall, and I hope this feedback helps maintain the usual standards.

"I love staying at the Reef House. The site is beautiful and so relaxing. The drinks at the bar are excellent and the grounds are well maintained and clean. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay were incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is also pet friendly and even provided a welcome treat for my dog.. 10/10 for me"

"Check out is at 12 noon but housekeeping is knocking around the hallway at 8:30am I had someone trying to come into my room at 8:45am and had to tell them not to come in from my bed as I was still as sleep. "

"We loved our stay at Waterside. We were able to have our fur babies vacationing with us and our suite was so big and convenient. Only thing missing was the kayaks in the picture on property but beside that one minor thing I would definitely recommend to stay here.. we will be back.. place is clean and staff is wonderful."
