- Midholm Chapel is a characterful former church hall and historic local landmark. Originally built c1880, it has been lovingly converted to provide a bright, contemporary living space with all the home comforts you could wish for.
The Chapel is walking distance to the charming fishing port of Brixham, with easy access to the South Coast Path and a number of secluded coves and beaches. The delights of Dartmouth and Torbay are a short drive away.
The Chapel has a quirky 'upside down' layout with a double height entrance hallway, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a family bathroom and garden room on the ground floor, and a sociable, open-plan first floor space which is flooded with light from the original chapel windows. The private courtyard garden is a sun trap in the afternoon (great for BBQs) and there is bench in the front courtyard which provides the perfect spot to watch the world go by.
