Beautiful Beach Cottage in Downtown Bristol

Come in, sit down, and relax in this cozy and beautiful updated historic home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for the whole family.

Located in downtown Bristol, you couldn’t find a better location. You’re two blocks from the water, down the road from Bristol Town Commons, and a Playground. Restaurants, mom and pop shops, the beautiful East Bay Bike Path, and the ocean. There’s something here for everyone.

This home is down a beautiful but tight alleyway. The neighbors are friendly and it's in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Guests have full access to the entire house except a small owners closet in the back corner of the basement. Guests also have the front porch and the entire backyard. To access the shed, there is a key hanging above the basement stairwell. There is a bike in there, yard games, tennis rackets, a basketball, and beach chairs and toys.

Three bedroom, two full bathroom home with two queen beds, two twins beds, and a trundle twin bed in the basement. 6 beds total and sleeps 8.

Everything is drivable. There is street parking outside shops and dining. You can also walk or ride bicycles. Uber and Lyft is also available.

Please note that this property is managed by a professional Property Management Company, which requires the guest making the booking to sign a separate "Rental Conditions" form and provide a copy of their driver's license. This information is used exclusively by the Property Manager for safety, security, and emergency purposes. Rest assured, the copy remains within the software, is encrypted, and does not leave the system.

There is only enough room to park two vehicles. The only two parking spaces that we have are in the driveway pulled up close to the fence. Street parking is not permitted on Pearse Avenue or any of the surrounding roads. Any vehicles in excess of two and/or not parked where they are supposed to be will be towed at owner’s expense. There are no exceptions to this and there will be no warnings.

Additionally, Pearse Avenue is a ONE-WAY Street. It enters from Church Street and exits on Constitution Street.

There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen sized bed and the other two bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. The trundle bed is down a flight of stairs in the basement. This house is historical which means it has steep stairs. Please use extra care when going up and down all stairs. Also, there is a lower beam in the basement that holds up the house. Please use caution walking under it as if you’re taller than that section, you will hit your head. We have decor hanging on it to bring it to your attention. Lastly, the basement does not have AC but the first and second floors do.
