"What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!"

"We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. "My best friend was getting married in Newport and we rented this loft for a short stay. From the moment I booked this, to the moment we checked out, everything was seamless and easy. Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! "My family and I had a great weekend stay in this clean and stylish apartment located in the heart of Newport! It was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for us to relax while also giving us easy access to explore the town on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV loaded with streaming apps was a great feature. The parking was critical for us as we were traveling with a carful of kid/baby gear - but as some others have noted, others in the neighborhood have a tendency...

This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff.
